Established in 1929...

by The Institute of the Horse in Great Britain, the Pony Club was introduced as a "junior branch" of their organization for the purpose of interesting young people in riding and sport. The first Pony Club branch in Canada was the Eglinton, established in 1934. The Canadian Pony Club has grown to include over 150 branches and 2,000 members. World wide, the Pony Club is in at least 20 other countries with over 100,000 members.

Pony Club riders compete in traditional disciplines such as Jumper, Dressage and Eventing as well as Tetrathlon, consisting of riding swimming, running and shooting, and the ever popular Prince Phillip Mounted Games. Topline Stables is a Pony Club supporter and frequently host pony club events such as camp, rally, testing and lessons.
